I love being a social worker, it is the best job in the world. I came to a point where I wanted to pass on my learning and experiences and guide others with theirs. I was very mindful that I wanted to work somewhere where my enthusiasm, drive to lead, and ambition to guide others was supported and appreciated.

Working at Sandwell Children’s Trust as a team manager does all of this. I’m supported with work/life balance, where the people are so friendly it’s been very easy to start my own journey and support others with theirs.
